Enquiry and quote management for event planners in South AfricaEarly access
Built for how events actually get booked.
Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram while you're setting up someone else's big day. Every event is different, so every quote is custom and changes as guest numbers and supplier prices come in. REVNIA keeps track of each enquiry — the date, venue, guests, budget and what they need — and puts the closest dates first.
REVNIA started with solar installers, so this trade is in early access. Everything on this page is built and working today, and it will keep evolving with our first customers in this trade.
Where event bookings slip away
One person, every WhatsApp
When the owner is the only one who can answer, enquiries wait until after the event — and the couple has already booked someone else.
Every quote is custom
A 40-person birthday at home and a 150-guest wedding in Franschhoek need different questions, suppliers and prices. A fixed catalogue doesn't fit.
Dates that sneak up
An enquiry for next month's function is more urgent than a wedding next year, but in an inbox they look the same.
Quotes that go quiet
Quotes change as supplier prices come in, then wait for the couple or the committee to decide. Without follow-up, they drift.
What you get on day one
Event-specific qualification
Type of event, date, venue, guest count, what they need, budget and who decides — read from the enquiry and captured as known, inferred or unknown.
Closest dates first
The event date is a real date. Events within four weeks are marked urgent; past dates are flagged; the queue stays current every hour.
Budgets as the deal value
When a client states a budget, it becomes the deal's estimated value, clearly labelled — never shown to the client as a price.
Quotes drafted from the enquiry
Your own price list, with lines suggested from what the client asked for and quantities per guest. Add custom lines for anything one-off.
Supplier prices and revisions
Prices waiting on a supplier are marked as estimates for the client and chased as tasks. Each revision says what changed, and the client's link always shows the latest — which they can accept online.
